Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has surpassed one million informational booklets distributed in recent weeks. The initiative forms part of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their impact on health and society.
Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain eu news channel the dangers of drugs in a understandable way.
The prevention effort is part of wider social programmes supported by the Church of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
